Insurance & Payment

Free community care is at the heart of what we do — and where you have cover, we accept NHIA and select HMO plans so it works for you.

A COGA Global Mission initiative

Free community care comes first

COGA Health Center is a not-for-profit clinic run under the COGA Global Mission free medical-care initiative. Many of our services — consultations, community health programmes and selected medicines — are provided free of charge. Where charges do apply, we keep them transparent and affordable, and we accept NHIA and select HMO plans where applicable.

Free community care

Many services are provided at no cost as part of our free medical-care mission.

NHIA & HMO accepted

Use your NHIA enrollment or a supported HMO plan where applicable.

Everyone is welcome

No insurance? You can still be seen — ask our team about free care and self-pay options.

What to bring to your visit

Bringing these along helps us register you quickly and confirm any cover you have.

  • A valid photo ID — national ID card, voter’s card, driver’s licence or international passport
  • Your NHIA or HMO membership card, if you have one
  • A referral letter, if another clinic or hospital referred you
  • Previous medical records, recent test results, or a list of medicines you currently take

We’re updating our list of accepted plans. Call us to confirm your NHIA or HMO cover before your visit — free community care remains available to everyone.
